TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1.A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
2.The balance is required 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking,
otherwise the booking may be reallocated. If you have to cancel your holiday
for any reason, please let us know immediately. If the first day of the
booking is more than 28 days ahead, you will lose your deposit only. If
notice is within 28 days of the first day of the booking, the hirer is
liable for the full amount due for the reservation and no refunds are
made. Holiday insurance is widely available and you are strongly advised
to insure against any unforeseen circumstances.
3. The number of persons (including children), must not exceed the stated
number of berths. The persons occupying the caravan should be only those
named on the booking form.
4. Dogs should be kept on a lead within the park at all times and pets
should not be allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms nor left alone
in the caravan. Regretfully, dogs classified as “dangerous breeds”
in addition to Pit Bull terriers, Rottweillers and Dobermans cannot be
accepted on the park. If you have visitors, please advise them not to
bring their dogs onto the park.
5. Only one car may be parked beside the caravan. Any additional booked
cars must be parked in the designated parking areas.
6. The right is reserved to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit
of any person whose conduct is detrimental to Castle Brake Holiday Park
or its other visitors.
7. Castle Brake reserves the right to alter or withdraw any service or
facility should there be an overriding need to do so.
8. Hirers undertake to keep or leave the caravans in a clean and tidy
condition.
9. Castle Brake Holiday Park accepts no liability for any personal injury,
loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles howsoever caused
or sustained.
10. Caravans are normally available for occupation at 3.00pm on the day
of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The
latest time for arrival on the park is 21.30hrs unless specific arrangements
are made beforehand. Regrettably, admission to caravans prior to 3.00pm
on Saturdays between May and the end of September is not possible.
PARK ARRANGEMENTS
1. If you are due to stay in March, April or October, please check the
ground conditions with us before setting off and the opening/closing dates
of the park.
2. Pitches may be occupied from.2pm and vacated by 11am
3. The latest time of arrival is 9.30pm unless specific arrangements are
made.
4. No more than 6 persons per pitch are permitted.
5. We regret that we are unable to guarantee any particular pitch or position
on the park.
6. If you are due to purchase a new groundsheet, please buy one with aeration
holes - these allow the ground to breathe and keep pitches in a much healthier
condition. Gazebos are not accepted.
7. The maximum size of a tent when erected including guy ropes must not
exceed 6m x 6m and you will be asked to confirm this when booking.
8. Dogs must be kept on a lead and no more than two per pitch are permitted.
They must accompany you when you go out. It is regretted that dogs classified
as dangerous breeds cannot be accepted on the park.
9. Groups, boats and Transit vans are only accepted by prior arrangement.
10 . Castle Brake reserves the right to terminate the stay of any visitor(s)
whose behaviour is likely to be detrimental to the park.
11. Castle Brake reserves the right to alter or withdraw any service or
facility, should there be an overriding reason to do so.
